Paste a single script tag on your site with your project key. For logged-in products, pass a signed identity JWT via data-auth-token so every message and chat is tied to a verified user.
The embed is a small async script. It loads after your page and does not block rendering. You can host it from your Gatherly domain or cache it behind your CDN later.
Yes on Starter and above. Chats and inbox replies are included from Starter (500 chat messages / month on Starter, 5,000 on Growth, 25,000 on Scale). Messages land in a shared inbox where you can triage by workflow state and reply — so product signal does not die in a personal email thread.
Each submission through the widget counts once: general feedback, bug reports, feature requests, or reviews. Chat messages are metered separately on paid plans.
We show usage in your dashboard and send in-app notifications as you approach the cap (around 80%) and when you reach it. New widget submissions are paused until you upgrade or the monthly counter resets (UTC calendar month). We do not silently drop messages — end users see a clear message if the cap is reached.
Yes. Paid plans are month-to-month. Cancel from billing settings and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
